We are looking for candidates who are interested/experienced in market and product research to understand customer’s requirements in the B2B arena with the help of already anticipated problems and generate relevant qualitative data in order to confirm the anticipated problems & improve our product design, services and better strategies for our business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collecting data on products/services available in the market and providing consolidated information into actionable items to help with designing offerings for our customers
- Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences using online market research and traditional methods
- Compiling and analyzing statistical and qualitative data using modern and traditional methods
- Providing competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identifying market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
- Providing data to help the sales and marketing team in building up the pipeline
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
